Let me introduce to you Jonna Kelleher, the owner of @thecottagegeneva a beautiful store that just opened in Geneva!
When I asked her what we should know about her she said this, “Hi there! Thank you for stopping by our little shop around the corner. Opening The Cottage has been a dream of mine for years. I was inspired to bring the inviting ambience to others ever since I was in my teens. My parents passed away when I was 12 and 16, leaving me to move from home to home. I used to dream what a “home” felt like. After I met my husband, we started to renovate our current home and I wanted to bring that welcoming feeling of a “home” to others. We love to connect personally with our guests by carrying vintage goods picked by myself and handcrafted furniture made by my husband, Sean. Our theme is very neutral providing our guests with a simple but cozy foundation to elevate the style of their home.”
What do they love most about the Fox Valley? “We love that the community is so inviting and has so much to offer from small shops, unique services and amazing restraints. “

Her three favotire things to do in the Fox Valley? “We love to shop along Third St., take walks along the river and enjoy all the festivals Geneva has to offer.”
