We opened in December of 2019 and we are a small family run business, in partnership with my husband Alain. We’ve been in love with yoga since 2010 and want to share the benefits and transformational effects yoga has to offer. ‘SOMA’ means body in Greek (“tune into the wisdom of your body”).
