“Hey, Kristine. We’d like to offer you a free trail to our small group training gym to come check us out!” <— This is how my relationship with H4Training started. It was a message on Instagram offering me a free trial. I love to get to know new friends so I took Hank up on his offer to check out the gym… and the rest is history. What made that initial consultation so easy was that they were incredibly flexible with their availability and continue to do so with all the classes they offer.
But let’s start at the beginning. Hank opened H4Training because he spent a lot of his career in the city and noticed that there wasn’t a quality gym here in the suburbs. He wanted to create a welcome and inclusive gym where he could send his family to while proving excellent training services. H4 Training’s core values are care, commitment, and community.
